摘　　要：针对现有技术对拜耳法赤泥利用存在的问题,本文详细介绍了铁化水榴石法回收赤泥中氧化铝和碱的工艺的工艺原理和工艺流程,并提供了具体实施方式,为该生产方法的工程化提供了详实的依据。同时,通过经济效益和社会效益分析,认为本工艺具有很好的市场应用前景。Aiming at the problems of existing technology using Bayer red mud. Technological principle and technological process of the iron hydro-garnet process of alumina and alkali recycling in red mud is introduced in detail in this paper,and this paper provides the concrete implementation way, and provides a detailed basis for the engineering of the production method.At the same time,it is considered that this process has a very good market application prospect through the economic and social benefit analysis.
