摘  要:地下溶浸金属钻井过程是一个多参数、复杂的非线性动态过程。随着科学技术的发展,尤其是地下溶浸金属开采钻井技术和采油技术的高速发展,优化地下溶浸金属开采钻井参数的研究及应用越来越受到广泛的重视,并且对其优化的能效性要求也越来越高。在钻井过程中,以转速和钻压为研究对象,结合遗传算法,根据实际情况引入约束条件,建立多元钻井参数组合的非线性最优化数学模型。本文采用模拟自然进化过程搜索全局最优解的遗传算法,通过选择、交叉和变异操作,实现以最低单位钻井成本情况下的最优转速和最优钻压的组合。Underground leaching metal drilling process is more than one parameter, complex nonlinear dynamic process.With the development of science and technology, especially the underground leaching of metal mining, the rapid development of drilling technology and production technology optimization of underground leaching of metal mining research and application of drilling parameters more and more widespread attention, and the optimization of energy efficiency is becoming more and more demanding.In the process of drilling, in order to speed and weight on bit as the research object, combined with the genetic algorithm, constraint condition, introduced according to the actual situation, to establish multivariate nonlinear optimization mathematical model of drilling parameter combination.In this paper, by simulating natural evolution search the global optimal solution of the genetic algorithm, through the selection, crossover and mutation operation, to achieve the minimum unit of drilling cost under the condition of optimum rotational speed and the optimal combination of drilling pressure.
