摘　　要：本文以AZ91镁合金为原料,系统研究了基于消失模铸造镁合金的组织及耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,基于消失模铸造AZ91镁合金组织中出现了Al-Mn-Fe三元相,消失模铸造镁合金的腐蚀速率高于金属型铸造镁合金,镁合金的耐腐蚀性能受铸造工艺影响较大。Based on AZ91 magnesium alloy as raw material, the system is studied based on epc organization and the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy.Results show that based on epc appeared in AZ91 magnesium alloy organization Al- Mn- Fe ternary phase, lost foam casting of magnesium alloy corrosion rate higher than the metal mold casting magnesium alloy, magnesium alloy had a greater influence on the corrosion resistance of the casting process.
