固溶处理温度对GH536合金箔材显微组织和力学性能影响规律研究

摘  要:利用热力学模拟软件计算了温度和碳化物形成元素含量对GH536合金中碳化物析出量的影响规律。同时对经不同温度固溶处理后的合金箔材的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究。热力学模拟结果表明:C含量的增加显著地提高了碳化物的析出含量;随着温度升高,碳化物含量减少。实验结果较好地验证了热力学模拟结果即:随固溶处理温度升高,MsC碳化物逐渐回溶,箔材强度降低,塑性提高。合金箔材经1150~C固溶处理后能够获得较好的综合性能。The effects of temperature and elements on the content of carbides for GH536 superalloy were studied by Jmatpro software. The microstructure and properties of GH536 sheets subjected to different solution treatments were researched. The results showed that the volume fraction of carbides was found to increase with carbon content, while decreased with the temperature rising. The experimental results were in good agreement with the cal- culating data. When the temperature rose, the M6 C type carbides were dissolved and the vol- ume fraction reduced. Meanwhile, the strength degenerated and plasticity improved of GH536 superalloy. This study reveals GH536 cold-rolled sheets can obtain better organiza- tion and mechanical properties when soluted at 1150℃.
