合金在牙科以及血管支架中的应用概况

摘　　要：随着社会的老龄化和人民生活的逐步提高，一方面越来越多的失牙患者选择了种植体或固定修复模式，均获得满意的效果，生活质量得到大大提升；另一方面，心脑血管疾病的发病率越来越高。很长时间以来，冠心病都是我国病人的头号杀手，即便生命得以挽救，但由于致残率相当高，给患者家庭和社会公共卫生资源造成较沉重的负担。血管支架的出现有效的缓解了患者的痛苦，提高了患者的存活率。本文针对合金在牙科和血管支架中的应用进行了调研和概述，为牙科和血管支架合金设计提供了理论依据。With the gradual aging of society and improving of people＇s lives, while more and more patients with missing teeth choose implants fixed or repair mode, obtained satisfac- tory results, greatly enhance the quality of life. On the other hand, the incidence of cardio- vascular disease is increasing. For a long time, all of the patients with coronary heart disease as the number one killer, even lives have been saved, but because of the relatively high mor- bidity to the patient＇s family and social resources for public health caused relatively heavy burden. Vascular stents effectively alleviate the suffering of patients and improve patient survival. In this paper, the application of dental alloys and vascular stents has been investi- gated, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of dental alloys and vascular stents.
