摘　　要：污水处理TOT融资模式的应用日益广泛,合理进行项目投资价值分析对投资者来说尤为重要。结合实物期权理论对污水处理TOT项目进行分析,构建三叉树期权定价模型,确定污水处理TOT项目因不确定性所增加的期权价值。研究结果可以为决策者提供更合理的决策依据。The application of TOT financing model of sewage treatment is gradually wide, and it is very important for investors to analyze the investment value of the project reasonably. Combined with real options theory to analyze sewage treatment TOT project, constructs the trinomial option pricing model and identifies sewage treatment plant TOT project option value due to the uncertainty increases. The results of the study can provide a reasonable decision basis for decision makers
