中医外治三联法防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医外治三联疗法(小儿推拿、温灸俞穴、穴位贴敷)治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法 2015年4月至10月四川省中医药科学院中医研究所收治门诊的反复呼吸道感染的患儿90例,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。观察组采用外治三联疗法,对照组采用核酪口服液口服,两组均治疗4周后观察临床疗效、主次症状改善情况和免疫球蛋白指标变化情况。结果观察组总有效率为91.1%(41/45),显著高于对照组73.3%(33/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后主要症状和次要症状评分均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后主要症状和次要症状评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后免疫球蛋白指标IgG、IgA、IgM均显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后免疫球蛋白指标IgG、IgA、IgM均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外治三联疗法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效优于口服核酪口服液,临床疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of external triple therapy of TCM（Infantile tuina,Moxibustion of Yu acupoints and acupoint application）in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection（RRTI）.Methods A total of 90 cases of RRTI who were treated in the TCM Institute of Sichuan Provincial Academy of TCM From April to October 2015,were randomly divided into control group（45cases）and observation group（45cases）.The observation group was given external triple therapy,while the control group was treated by Helao oral liquid.Both groups were treated for 4weeks.Observe the clinical effect,the improvement of major and minor symptoms and the changes of immunoglobulin.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.1%（41/45）,significantly higher than the control group（73.3%,33/45）（P〈0.05）.The scores of major and minor symptoms were lower after treatment than before treatment in both groups with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The IgG,IgA and IgM were all higher after treatment than before,and the difference was of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.After treatment,IgG,IgA and IgM were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistical（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of external triple therapy is better than Helao oral liquid in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,and the effect is quite good,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
