摘　　要：社会工作是实施精准扶贫的推进器。这是因为,社会工作凭借其独特的专业理念和方法,在实施精准扶贫中具有独特的功能和专业优势。当前,我国实施精准扶贫主要面临着政策、对象、资源方面的三重困境。精准扶贫要走出困境,必须有社会工作的专业介入。社会工作的专业介入有利于优化精准扶贫的政策选择、提升精准扶贫对象的脱贫能力、激发精准扶贫对象的进取精神、整合精准扶贫社区的社会资源。在实施精准扶贫的过程中,只有科学运用社会工作的扎根理论,积极倡导社会工作的助人自助理念,切实践行社会工作的增权理论,充分利用社会工作的优势视角,才能发挥社会工作的独特功能和专业优势。Social work is the implementation of poverty alleviation accurate propeller.
