摘　　要：通过对建设"幸福沈阳"的背景和重大意义的分析和阐述,界定了幸福城市的内涵和基本特征;梳理总结了国内外幸福城市建设的发展趋势及重要启示;从而阐释了建设"幸福沈阳"的历史方位、总体环境、建设周期的分析;探讨了推进"幸福沈阳"The background and significance of the construction of “ Happy Shenyang” are analyzed; theconnotation and basic features of well-being city” are defined; the developmental trend and importantenlightenment of the construction of “ well-being city” at home and abroad are summarized; thehistorical orientation, overall environment and construction cycle of the construction of “ HappyShenyang” are analyzed; and the principles and objectives of the construction of “ Happy Shenyang”are discussed.
