摘 要:为研究带加强环的方钢管再生混凝土柱-钢梁节点的抗震性能,以有无加强环以及加强环的外伸长度、厚度为试验参数,设计制作了4个方钢管再生混凝土柱-钢梁节点,对其进行低周反复加载试验,并采用有限元软件ABAQUS对粗骨料取代率的影响进行了拓展分析。结果表明:加强环的存在能够有效限制节点核心区域钢管的鼓曲变形,可以提高节点的抗震承载能力、变形性能、耗能能力、刚度及滞回曲线的饱满程度,并能延缓节点的刚度退化速率;在一定范围内,随着加强环外伸长度的增加,试件抗震承载能力随之增加,而其延性系数则会有所降低,但降低幅度相对较小;焊缝质量对方钢管再生混凝土柱-钢梁节点的破坏过程及形态有重要的影响;粗骨料取代率和加强环的厚度对节点抗震性能的影响则相对较小。To study the seismic behavior of nodes between steel beam and square tubular column filled with recycled concrete and reinforced with rings, four nodes were designed for the low cyclic loading test The changing parameters were chosen as with or without reinforcing rings,overhang length and thickness of external ring stiffeners. Meanwhile,the finite element software ABAQUS was employed to analyze the influence of the Coarse aggregate replacement rate. The results indicated that reinforcing rings can protect the core area of joint from destruction Reinforcing ring can greatly improve the bearing capacity and elastic de-formation capacity, stiffness,ductility, energy dissipation capacity. The joints with external ring stiffeners have lower rigidity degeneration rate and its hysteretic hoops of are plump. The result also showed that, within a certain range, with the increase of reinforcement ring overhanging length, the seismic bearing capacity will be increased. Meanwhile, its ductility coefficient will decrease, but the reduction is relatively small. Weld quality has an important effect on the failure mechanism and characteristics of node. To strengthen the thickness of the reinforcement ring and coarse aggregate replacement ratio have little influence on their mechanical behavior.
