摘  要:由于川藏联网工程所处地区交通不便,沿线高山大岭,环境复杂,因此,工程建设过程存在地质、施工、质量等方面的隐患,现场勘查、安全巡视、质量管控困难。在这种环境下,如何采用新技术更好地辅助施工过程管理和提升现场安全水平显得尤为重要。文章以川藏联网工程为例,采用3G球机、3G单兵、卫星终端等多种通信手段,开展可视化视频管控系统的应用研究,分析总结了系统的实际应用情况和应用效果,认为该系统能大大提升工程管理水平,提高综合管理能力。Because of the inconvenient traffic, high mountains and the complex environment in the area of the Sichuan-Tibet network project, construction process exists hidden trouble of geology, construction, quality and other aspects and surveying the scene, security patrol, quality control are difficult. In such environment, how to use the new technology to better assist the construction process management and enhance the safety level of the site is particularly important. In this paper, taking the Sich u an -Tibe t network project as an example, the communication me an s, including 3G webdome, 3G individual soldier, satellite terminal, and so on, are em-ployed for carrying out the application research of the visual management and control system. Through analyzing and summarizing the practical application and application effect of the system, we doubtlessly reach the conclu-sions that the system can greatly enhance the level of project management and improve the capability of inte-grated management.
