摘 要:盘式无铁心永磁同步电机具有过载能力强、无齿槽转矩、反电动势正弦等优点,非常适合伺服应用场合。但由于电机定子绕组电感很小,导致在传统电压型逆变器控制下的电流波动较大,限制了此类电机的应用。基于以上问题,在前置电流型斩波电路的基础上,提出一种基于电流矢量的瞬时转矩反馈控制算法。探讨了电流矢量与电磁转矩之间的关系,对电机的瞬时转矩进行估计和反馈,根据转子位置来计算需要输出电流矢量的幅值及逆变桥的开关状态,通过调整母线电流来实现对电机转矩的实时控制。仿真和实验结果验证了所述控制方法的有效性,为盘式无铁心永磁同步电机控制系统的研究提供了理论基础。Disc coreless permanent magnetic synchronous motor (DCPMSM) is suitable for servo motor driver, because of its overload ability, zero cogging torque and the sinusoidal back electromotive force et al. But the inductance value of DCPMSM is very small, which makes the stator current discontinuous with the PWM control based on VSI, resulting in the large torque ripples. Therefore, an instantaneous torque closed-loop control algorithm was proposed based on a front current chopper converter. The current was regulated by the proposed control algorithm according to the angular position of the rotor, and the torque has been controlled. The problem of discontinuous currents caused by the small inductance has been solved. The operating principle of the system has been analyzed. Simulation and experimental results verify the proposed control method.
