摘　　要：通过调研邯郸市不同区域房地产投资环境,采用模糊群体准则评价方法,并结合实际投资环境评价案例,分析评价了邯郸市区不同区域的房地产投资环境,为房地产投资者提供参考。Through investigating real estate investment environment of different regions of Handan City,the paper applies fuzzy group criteria evaluation method,analyzes and assesses real estate investment environment of different regions of Handan City by combining with actual investment environment evaluation cases,which has provided some guidance for real estate investors.
