摘　　要：论述了新型农村社区建设的必要性,从建设资金、生活方式、服务体系、主体地位等方面,分析了建设新型农村社区面临的主要问题,并提出了新农村社区建设改革的创新途径,有利于实现农村社区的快速发展。The paper indicates the necessity for the new rural community construction,analyzes the main problems in the construction of the new rural communities from the construction assets,lifestyle,service system,and main roles,and points out its innovative channels in the construction and reform,so as to realize the speedy development of rural communities.
