心内科护理工作中的风险因素分析及改进措施

摘　　要：目的:总结心内科护理工作中的风险因素并提出改进措施,评价改进后的护理效果。方法:选取心内科住院的患者64例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各32例。对照组患者实施常规护理;研究组患者则根据改进措施,采用预防潜在风险的护理方法。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:总结归纳出了心内科护理工作中的风险因素,并提出了改进措施。研究组患者的风险事件发生率、投诉事件发生率明显低于对照组,满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:提高护理水平、加强法律知识学习、注重沟通技巧、人文关怀的培养、完善管理制度、对患者进行健康教育,可降低心内科护理工作中的风险因素。Objective To summarize the risk factors of nursing work in department of cardiology, put forward the improvementmeasures, and evaluate the effects of the improved nursing. Methods： 64 inpatients in the department of cardiology wee selected andrandomly divided into control group and research group, 32 cases in each group. The control group taken the routine nursing, while theresearch group taken the prevention of potential risk of nursing method according to the improvement measures. The nursing effects ofthe two groups were compared. Results： The risk factors of the nursing in the department of cardiology ＂were summarized, and the improvementmeasures were put for^-ard. The risk events incidence and the incidence of complaint events of research group were significantlylower than control group, satisfaction was significantly higher than control group, and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions： To improve nursing level, strengthen legal knowledge learning, pay attention to the cultivation of communicationskills and humanistic care, improve the management system, and give health education to the patients can reduce the risk factorsof nursing work in the department of cardiology.
