摘　　要：生产实习是工科院校生物制药专业重要的实践教学环节,是培养学生实践能力,提高对实际问题的分析及解决能力的重要环节。重点介绍了现阶段地方工科院校生物制药专业生产实习的现状,生产实习中存在的问题与困难,并结合自身教学,对生产实习的创新与改革进行思考,提出了一些对策,旨在提高生产实习教学质量利于学生实践能力的提高。Production practice is an important part of practical teaching of Pharmacy in engineering colleges and it is helpful to cultivate the students＇ practical ability and improve the ability of analyzing and solving practical problems. The status quo and the problems in the production practice in local engineering colleges have been introduced in this paper.At the same time,based on teaching experience,the innovation and reform of production practice were considered with the aiming of improving teaching quality and students ＇comprehensive quality and some countermeasures were put forward as well.
