输入性传染病“四道防线”在北京口岸黄热病防控中的应用

摘　　要：为证明国境口岸检验检疫措施在黄热病疫情防控中的重要作用,本文通过对国家质检总局有关黄热病防控要求的说明,明确了口岸输入性黄热病疫情防控重点,阐述了北京口岸建立的输入性传染病疫情境外、途中、口岸、境内"四道防线"具体措施,分析了涵盖出入境全流程的疫情防控"四道防线"的有效性和建立建议,为其他输入性传染病全流程防控体系的建立提供了经验参考。To prove the important role of inspection and quarantine measures at ports in the prevention and control of yellow fever,this paper defined the key points of prevention and control of yellow fever,by introducing the demand of prevention and control by General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine. It illustrated the specific measures of the four defenses policy composed abroad,on the way ,at the port and after entry, which was established to the imported infectious disease at Beijing port.And then it analyzed the effectiveness and suggestion of the four defenses policy against the imported infectious disease,which will provide reference for the establishment of the whole process control system of other imported infectious diseases.
