摘　　要：目的了解云南中老口岸出入境人员登革病毒（dengue virus,DENV）抗体和基孔肯雅病毒（chikungunya virus,CHIKV）抗体水平,为制定有效登革热和基孔肯雅热防治对策提供依据。方法在中老磨憨口岸采集出入境体检人员血清,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测DENV和CHIKV IgG抗体,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果共采集健康体检人员血清182份,其中有42份DENV或CHIKV IgG抗体阳性,总阳性率为24.08%（42/182）。DENV IgG阳性率为1.65%（3/182）,CHIKV IgG阳性率为21.42%（39/182）;检测阳性率差别和年龄、性别、职业相关,51~60岁、男性、后勤人员的阳性率高于其他人员。结论中老磨憨口岸健康人群中存在DENV和CHIKV的隐性感染,应加强口岸的登革热、基孔肯雅热疫情的监测。Objective To understand the level of dengue virus （DENV） and Chikungunya virus （CHIKV） IgG among healthy residents in Sino-Laos port,provide the scientific evidence for formulating effective anti- dengue fever and Chikungunya fever strategies. Methods Serum samples were collected from healthy residents in Sino-Laos port in Yunnan province. IgG against DENV and CHIKV were detected by ELISA. Results A total of 182 serum samples had been collected,the positive rate of DENV or CHIKV IgG was 24.08%（42/182）. The positive rate of DENV and CHIKV was 1.65%（3/182）and 21.42%（39/182）,respectively. The positive rate of 51-60 aged group,male,and support staff was higher than others. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen dengue fever and ehikungunya fever surveillance in the border area.
