摘  要:目的对一只航空器截获的鼠类进行鉴定,确定其可能的来源地。方法提取芬兰入境航班捕获鼠(20150904)肝脏DNA,用PCR方法扩增细胞色素氧化酶Ⅰ(cytochromecoxidaseⅠ,COⅠ)和细胞色素b(cytochrome b,Cytb)基因并进行测序。将测序结果与GenBank中的相似鼠种DNA序列进行同源性分析。结果成功扩增到入境鼠肝脏的COⅠ和Cytb基因,遗传进化分析显示该鼠为小家鼠MUS种群,与北欧(芬兰)和中国(北方)小家鼠属于同一种群,但不能确定该小家鼠的具体来源地。结论形态学和分子生物学鉴定方法相结合是对截获病媒生物种群鉴定的有效方法。Objective To identify the imported rodent captured in the aircraft at Chongqing port,and try to find the source of the rodent. Methods DNA of the imported rodent (20150904) was extracted from liver sample. The cy- tochrome oxidase I (CO I) and Cytochrome b (Ctyb) genes were amplified,sequenced and analyzed. Results The se- quences of COI and Cytb had been amplified successfully. It was showed the imported rodent was belonging to the MUS group of Mus musculus ,which the same group with the Mus musculus of Northern Europe (Finland) and China (North). It was failed to determine the infraspecific category of the rodent by analysis of Cytb gene. Conclusion It was an effective method to indentify rodent by using morphological and molecular methods.
