摘　　要：由于我国老年住宅发展历程较短,缺少相关建设经验,目前老年住宅在数量、规模、建筑设计、质量、服务和相关政策制定等方面仍存在不少问题。文章将顾客满意度理论应用到老年住宅之中,通过满意度的影响因素来系统全面地研究老年住宅。As the development of China＇s elderly housing is short and the lack of relevant construction experience, there are still many problems in quantity, scale, architectural design, quality, service and related policy making recently. This paper applies customer satisfaction theory to the elderly housing investigation to systematically study the elderly housing through the influence factors of satisfaction.
