摘  要:针对缅甸某高硫铜矿样,在方案比选的基础上,确定采用优先浮选的原则工艺,可以有效提高铜精矿中铜的含量,同时综合回收矿石中的铜、硫。在原矿磨至-0.074 mm粒级含量占70%-粗精矿再磨(至-0.074 mm粒级含量占85%)-精选-再选硫工艺流程的闭路试验中,可以获得铜精矿铜品位31.23%、铜回收率89.75%;硫精矿硫品位45.78%、硫回收率61.09%的指标。The selective flotation process flow is confirmed to be used on the basis of scheme comparison according to one high- sulfur copper ore sample in Burma, which can increase the copper content in copper concentrate and recover copper, sulfur in ore syntheti- cally. In the closed cricuit test process flow that the raw ore is grinded to -0. 074mm, the size fraction content aeeount for 70%--the rough concentrate is rogrinded and selected to -0. 074mm, the size fraction content account for 85 %--the sulfur recleaning, so the copper con- centrate with the copper grade of 31.23% , and the copper recovery rate of 89. 75% can be got; the sulfur concentrate with the sulfur grade of 45.78% , the sulfur recovery rate of 61.09% can be got.
