银含量对铜银合金接触线坯抗拉强度和导电性能的影响  被引量:7

摘  要:研究了连铸连轧铜银合金接触线的力学性能和导电性能,分析了银含量对铜银合金接触线坯抗拉强度和导电性能的影响规律,并优化得到较优的银含量。试验结果表明:添加银后,铜合金的抗拉强度增加,电阻率增加。随着银含量由894.4 g/t增加至1 250 g/t,铜银合金抗拉强度由236.52 MPa增加至245.73 MPa,铜银合金电阻率由0.01706Ω·mm^2/m增加至0.01723Ω·mm^2/m。综合考虑,认为银含量为997.9 g/t时铜银合金综合性能最佳,其抗拉强度为241.45 MPa,电阻率为0.0171Ω·mm^2/m。The mechanical property and electrical conductivity of the copper - silver alloy contact wire by continuous casting and rolling is studied, and the influence rule of the silver content on the tensile strength and electrieal conductivity of the copper - silver alloy contact wire blank is analyzed, so the optimal and better silver content can be got. The test results show: the tensile strength and the specific resistance of copper alloy is increased after silver added. The tensile strength of eopper- silver alloy is increased from 236. 52MPa to 245.73MPa, the specific resistance of copper-silver alloy is increased from 0. 01706Ω mm2/m to 0. 01723Ω mm2/m along with the sil- ver content increased from 894. 4g/t to 1250g/t. The comprehensive performance of copper-silver alloy is the best when the silver content is 997.9g/t by taken a comprehensive consideration, which tensile strength is 241.45MPa, the specific resistance is 0. 0171Ω mm2/m.
