摘 要:目的分析呼吸机集水杯中冷凝水的细菌量与滞留时间的关系,为确定呼吸机集水杯冷凝水最佳的倾倒时间提供依据。方法选择采用PB840呼吸机行机械通气治疗的患者42例,将每例患者的呼吸机集水杯中冷凝水按照滞留时间采集4次,分别为冷凝水滞留0.5h、滞留1h、滞留2h、滞留3h各采集1次,对采集的冷凝水标本进行细菌培养检测,同时对42例患者的下呼吸道分泌物进行细菌培养。结果冷凝水细菌量随着滞留时间的增加而增加,当滞留时间≥2h时细菌量显著增多,4组冷凝水细菌量比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);冷凝水细菌培养阳性率在71.43%~85.71%之间,共检测出10种病原菌,其中有6种病原菌与患者下呼吸道分泌物检出的病原菌一致。结论呼吸机集水杯中冷凝水细菌量与滞留时间有关。Objective To analyze the relationship between bacteria number of condensation water and residence time in water collector of ventilator to provide evidence for finding out the best time to empty the water collector.Method Choose42 patients undergoing mechanical ventilation therapy by PB840 ventilator.Collect condensation water in water collector of ventilator 4times for each patient,at resident time of 0.5h,1h,2h,and 3h.Take bacterial culture detection on water samples.At the same time,take bacterial culture detection on lower respiration secretion of 42 patients.Result Bacteria number of condensation water increases with residence time getting longer.Bacteria number increases obviously with residence time longer than 2h.There is significant difference on bacteria number of condensation water between 4groups(P〈0.05).Positive rate of bacterial culture in each group is 71.43%~85.71%.10 kinds of pathogens are detected in condensation water,among which 6kinds are the same with the pathogens detected in patients' lower respiration secretion.Conclusion Bacteria number of condensation water is related to residence time in water collector of ventilator.
