摘  要:为初步探明黏虫的耐寒能力,对室内饲养黏虫不同发育阶段的过冷却点和结冰点进行了测定,并分析了蛹期过冷却点和结冰点与性别及蛹重的关系。结果表明,黏虫不同发育阶段的过冷却点和结冰点都存在一定程度的差异。幼虫期过冷却点和结冰点的平均值分别为-4.79℃和-1.57℃;蛹期过冷却点和结冰点的平均值分别为-14.05℃和-6.12℃。幼虫的过冷却点随龄期增加逐渐升高,即4龄幼虫(-6.23℃)<5龄幼虫(-4.38℃)<6龄幼虫(-3.58℃)。蛹期的过冷却点和结冰点存在日龄和性别上的差异,但与蛹重无明显的相关性。本研究表明,黏虫蛹的耐寒性强于幼虫。The supercooling points (SCP) and freezing points (FP) of laboratory-reared Mythimna separata (Walker) at different developmental stages were determined as the indexes of its cold hardiness. The relationships between SCP/FP of pupae and sex, as well as pupae weight were analyzed. The results showed that SCP and FP of M. separata varied among different developmental stages. The average temperatures of SCP and FP for larvae (4th to 6th instars) were -4.79℃ and -1.57℃, respectively, and those for pupae (1-day, 3-days and 5-days old pupae) were -14.05℃ and -6.12℃, respectively. SCP of larvae increased gradually with age, with the order of 4th instar larvae (-6.23℃) 〈 5th instar larvae (-4.38℃) % 6th instar larvae (-3.58℃). The SCP/FP of pupae were different in different sex and different days of age. However, there was no correlation between SCP/FP and pupa weight. These results showed that pupae of M. separata are more tolerant to coldness than larvae.
