摘 要:波形钢腹板工字型钢梁是一种新型钢结构,具有手风琴效应。本文采用模型试验和数值模拟的方法对这一特性进行研究。设计制作模型试验梁,并对其振动频率及应变进行了测试。建立ANSYS有限元模型计算其振动频率和应变,有限元计算值与试验值之差在5%以内。通过有限元分析提出了波形钢腹板工字型钢梁的刚度折减系数,发现腹板高度和波形平直段长度对波形钢腹板工字型钢梁的刚度折减系数影响大。因此在工程中可以适当增加腹板高度,减小波形平直段长度,以提高预应力施加效率,从而节约桥梁建设成本。I-girder with corrugated steel web was a kind of newsteel structure,it has the accordion effect. This feature was studied by adopting the method of model test and numerical simulation. Model test girder was designed,the vibration frequency and strain were tested. Then AN SYS model was established to calculate the vibration frequency and strain. The finite element calculation value and the test value difference within 5%. The I-girder with corrugated steel web stiffness reduction factor was put forward by finite element analysis. The effect of height and corrugated steel web plate girder bridge axis width of I-girder on stiffness reduction factor is large. In the project,the height of the web can be increased properly and the length of the straight section can be reduced,which can improve the efficiency of prestress applying and save the cost of bridge construction.
