摘　　要：针对复合开放期刊的新业务模式,图书馆应加强文献资源经费的使用效益,以促进学术成果的发表和影响力的扩大。文章探讨和分析复合开放期刊的新业务模式,对我国学术图书馆参与新业务模式的实践活动进行总结和分析。最后,提出我国图书馆应对新业务模式的策略,保障图书馆信息资源建设与服务的本质职能。According to the new business model of hybrid open publishing, it is important for library to make full use of literature resources budget and promote the publication and influence of academic achievements in China. New business model of hybrid open publishing is discussed, and the open access publishing practices in worldwide libraries are analyzed as reference. The strategy to deal with the new business model in China academic libraries is put forward in order to ensure the essence of library information resources construction and service functions.
