摘  要:茶叶机械化是提高茶业综合生产能力的物质基础,是提升茶产品品质的技术保障。茶叶机械化可以提高生产效益、增大茶叶产量、降低劳动强度。针对日照市茶叶机械化发展的实际现状进行详细阐述,分析日照茶区茶园管理机械化、茶叶加工机械化存在的问题及发展趋势。并在此基础上,提出促进日照市茶叶机械化发展的对策建议,即建立茶区标准化管理机制,强化智能型茶叶机械装备研发,健全茶叶机械社会化服务体系,加强茶叶加工工艺研究,全面落实购机补贴政策,推进适合茶叶机械化作业的茶树栽培技术,监督指导从业人员知识技能培训,构建茶叶生产龙头企业扶持体系。以期为实现日照市茶叶全程生产机械化提供有益参考。Mechanization of tea is an important material basis for improving the comprehensive production capacity of tea industry.It is improved the quality of tea products technical support.Mechanization of tea can improve production efficiency,increase tea production,and reduce labor intensity.It is expounded the actual present situation of mechanization of Rizhao tea development,analyzed of the practical problems of management of tea plantation mechanization,tea processing mechanization of Rizhao tea area development trend and existence.And on this basis,it puts forward the countermeasures of the development of tea mechanization in Rizhao City.That is,establish the management mechanism of tea standards;to strengthen the research of intelligent tea machinery equipment;improve the social service system of tea machinery;to strengthen the research of tea processing technology;the full implementation of the purchase subsidy policy;promoting tea cultivation techniques suitable for tea mechanization;supervise staff knowledge skills training;constructing the supporting system of leading enterprises in tea production.It provides a useful reference for the implementation of the whole Rizhao tea production mechanization.
