摘  要:针对生物质燃料热风炉换热器存在换热效率低、易腐蚀、积灰和结渣严重、积灰和结渣不易清除以及换热管更换困难等问题,通过对国内外热风炉换热器的研究和借鉴,设计新型生物质燃料热风炉换热器。该新型热风炉换热器主要是为满足生物质燃料热风炉的换热要求而设计。主要由沉降室、换热室、进风箱、出风箱、除灰装置、鼓风机和引风机构成。首先利用沉降室使高温烟气中的灰尘颗粒沉降下来,以减少积灰和结渣的产生,然后利用换热管和除灰磨块之间的旋转摩擦力清除已经形成的积灰和结渣。该生物质热风炉换热器既可以实现在换热器不停止工作的情况下清除积灰和结渣,还可以方便的更换换热管,换热效率高,结构简单,可靠性高。In view of the biomass fuel stove heat exchanger which exists the problems of the low heat transfer efficiency,easy corrosion,ash deposition and slagging serious,ash deposition and slagging is not easy to remove and it is hard to change heat exchange tube,through the study of hot blast stove heat exchanger at home and abroad and reference,a new type of biomass fuel stove heat exchanger is designed.The new type heat exchanger of hot blast stove which is mainly in order to satisfy the requirement of the biomass fuel furnace heat exchange is designed.It is mainly composed of settling chamber,the heat exchange chamber,inlet box,air-out bellows,ash removal device,blower,induced draft fan.It first use settling chamber to make the dust particles in which high temperature flue gas falling down,in order to reduce the production of ash deposition and slagging,then using the rotating friction between heat exchange tube and grinding block to reduce ash deposition and slagging which have formed.The biomass stove heat exchanger can not only realize the removal of dust and slagging,but also can change heat pipe conveniently under the condition of the heat exchanger does not stop working.High heat exchange efficiency,simple structure,high reliability.
