摘  要:大冶有色金属有限责任公司铜山口铜矿为解决新老尾矿库接替2~3年过渡期尾砂的安全堆放问题,根据尾砂性质分析及粒级分布特点,设计了尾砂干堆处理系统,尾砂经两段浓缩+脱水、压滤,达到了尾砂干堆的工艺要求,取得了很好的应用效果,解决了过渡期尾砂的安全堆存难题,维持了矿山的正常生产。This paper mainly concerns about relative solutions on safety of the stacking of tailings in the transition of two or three years between the old and new tailings pond. According to the analysis on the nature of tailings and characteristic of distribution of the size of the granularity, the system for the dry stacking of tailings was designed. After two-state concentration and dehydration and filter pressing, the tailings satisfied the requirement of the dry stacking, which made a great success, solved the problem of safety of the stacking of tailings in the transition, and maintained the normal production operation.
