摘　　要：该文结合国家食品药品监督管理总局(CFDA)对腹腔内置疝修补补片的监管要求,对评价补片与腔内组织的粘连情况、新生腹膜情况的动物实验要素进行了阐述分析,为补片制造商、从事临床前动物实验的研究人员或医生提供了参考。Combining with supervision requirements from CFDA, this paperelaborates andanalyzes the key pointsofanimal studyevaluation which focuses on adhesion situation and neoperitoneum advance of Intraperitoneal Hernia Mesh. This paper alsoprovides significant reference to mesh manufacturers, researchers and surgeons whom perform animal study of hernia mesh.
