摘  要:为评估电力企业资产的投资收益能力,将全寿命周期成本管理理论运用于配电网系统。通过平均电价、投资成本、投资收益、全寿命周期安全效能投资收益等评价指标的计算对所选择的典型配网区域进行比较分析,深入挖掘已有配网资产的收益能力及影响资产收益的关键因素。计算结果表明了由于单位容量投资高的配电网在运行阶段具有高可靠性、低损耗、低运维费用的特点,要比单位容量投资低的配电网具有更高的投资收益,同时也证明了将全寿命周期成本管理理论用于配电网投资收益评价的必要性和有效性。最后根据分析结果给出相应的配网投资建议,为配电企业及时调整资产投资策略、提高市场竞争能力提供理论支持。The life cycle cost management theory is applied to the distribution network system in order to evaluate the investment return ability of the electric power enterprise. Through the calculation of average price, investment cost, investment income, total life cycle performance and security investment income and other indicators of selected typical distribution area of comparative analysis, we explore the profitability of the existing network assets and key factors affecting the return of assets thoroughly. The calculation results show that the distribution network with high unit capacity investment has a higher investment income than that of the low unit capacity investment due to it has the advantages of high reliability, low loss and low maintenance costs in the operation stage. It also proves that the life cycle cost management theory for the necessity and effectiveness of distribution network investment income evaluation. Finally, according to the analysis results, the corresponding distribution network investment advices are given, which provid theoretical support for the timely adjustment of asset investment strategy and improving market competition ability of the power distribution enterprises.
