摘  要:结合新疆华泰重化工有限责任公司的实际生产情况,通过对氯气工艺、生产、安全、环保等情况的了解,研究了对氯气污染的风险控制,并对氯气风险控制的必要性及重要性进行了评价说明,确定了重大危险源为氯气管线,对最大可信事故及其发生概率进行计算,确定应采取的生产装置风险控制措施、环境污染控制措施、应急物资装备储存管理措施。The risk control of chlorine pollution was studied through the understanding of the process, production, safety, environmental protection associated with chlorine in combination with the actual production situation of Xinjiang Huatai Heavy Chemical Co. , Ltd. The necessity and importance of chlorine risk control were evaluated. Chlorine pipeline was identified as the major hazard source. The maximum credible accident and its probability were calculated. Production unit risk control measures, environmental pollution control measures, and storage management measures of emergency materials and devices were proposed.
