摘　　要：分析了宁波港矿石系统卸船机存在的主要问题。以精粉矿矿种装卸为样本,考虑了以后运行维护过程中的各个细节上的难点,对卸料系统进行了整体优化。实践证明,经过卸船机卸料系统的整体优化,大幅提高了卸料系统的可靠性。The primal problem of ship unloaders in the Ore system at Ningbo port is analyzed. The ore concentrates handling process is chosen as the research sample. The global optimization of the discharge system is conducted by consid- ering difficulties in every detail in the future maintenance procedure. Finally, the practice has proved that global optimiza- tion for the discharge system of the ship unloader can effectively improve the whole system＇s reliability.
