摘 要:以自制介孔Ti O2为载体,由煅烧前驱体法制备了Mo S2/Ti O2催化剂。通过扫描电镜对其结构进行了表征,活性组分Mo S2较为均匀地分散在Ti O2载体上。温度对脱硫效率的影响比较显著,但反应温度过高原料开始被部分还原成邻氯苯胺。通过制备不同助剂Ni含量的Ni/Mo S2/Ti O2催化剂,相同温度下对比于Mo S2/Ti O2催化剂,该催化剂脱硫活性更高。同时保证了原料不被高温氢气所还原。We prepared a new TiO2 material of stable mesoporous structure as the carrier. We finally made MoS2/TiO2 catalyst by calcining the precursor. We characterized the structure by SEM, the active ingredient MoS2 was evenly dispersed on TiO2 carrier. The desulfurization efficiency would be better if the reaction temperature increased further. However, some raw material was reduced to 2-chloroaniline if the temperature was too high. By making Ni/MoS,/TiO2 catalyst including different content of Ni we found that Ni/MoS2/TiO2 catalyst had more desulfurization activity than MoS2/TiO2 catalyst under comparable temperatures which keeps the raw material pure at the same time.
