摘 要:转相点又称临界含水率,是指乳状液在发生相转变时候的含水率。研究转相点对于确保稠油输送的安全性和稳定性具有重要的意义。文章以胜利新滩油田的稠油为研究对象,分别确定了掺热水降粘和加入降粘剂降粘的转相点,并研究了温度和降粘剂对转相点的影响规律。研究表明,转相点随温度的升高有一定程度的提前;在相同温度下,加入不同种类的降粘剂,其转相点也不同,且转相点随着降粘剂量的增加而增大。The phase inversion point is also called critical moisture content, which is happened in the emulsion phase transition. To study the phase inversion point is very important to ensure the safety and stability of the heavy oil transportation. In the paper, the new beach oilfield heavy oil is the research object, the phase inversion point of mixing hot water and mixing emulsifier is determined respectively. And the influence law of temperature and emulsifier to phase inversion point. Studies have shown that the phase inversion point will appear a certain degree reduce with the rise of temperature; Under the same temperature, adding different kinds of emulsifier, the phase inversion point is different too, and the phase inversion point will greater when the quality of emulsifier is increasing.
