摘 要:采用化学沉淀法,以乙二酸沉淀剂,对硝酸型退锡废液再生进行研究。实验结果表明,适宜的沉淀条件为:在搅拌下将乙二酸按每100 m L废液8 g的比例投加,沉淀5 h。沉淀后上清液补充一定量的硝酸、盐酸及苯并三氮唑后其退锡速度和退锡容量等与新退锡液无异,该工艺可使PCB企业的硝酸型退锡废液实现循环使用。Regeneration technology of nitric spent waste tin-stripping solution was studied by chemical precipitation using H2C2O4 as the precipitant. The experimental results showed that the feasible precipitation factors are: 8 g of the precipitation agent is added with stirring per 100 mL and precipitation time of 5 h. The regenerated solution after little HNO3, HCl and BTA were replenished was as good as the fresh stripping solution in its stripping properties such as stripping rate and stripping capacity. In other words the stripping wastewater can be recycled in the PCB enterprises.
