摘 要:以甲基甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)和异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAAm)为原料,利用微波辐射的方法制备了聚合水凝胶,同时选用5-FU为模型药物制备载药水凝胶。研究了水凝胶的温敏溶胀性能,并对其表面结构进行了表征分析及对5-FU释放性能进行研究。实验结果表明:NIPAAm/DMAEMA共聚水凝胶其在43℃附近存在相转变,即体积相转变温度LCST为42℃;微波辐射得到的水凝胶表面呈现凹凸不平的皱褶状,且贯穿有明显的沟壑,这些结构可以大大增强了水凝胶的比表面积及载药能力,同时研究证实了凝胶的溶胀性能是影响药物释放率的主要因素,当NIPAAm和DMAEMA质量比为7∶1时对5-FU的释放率最大。With Methyl methacrylate N,N-two methyl ethyl ester(DMAEMA) and isopmpyl acrylamide (NIPAAm) as raw material, the polymerized hydrogel was prepared using microwave radiation method and at the same time, 5-FU as a model drug was carried. Temperature sensitive swelling properties of hydrogel were studied, the surface structure was characterized and the 5-FU release properties were studied. Experimental results show that NIPAAm/DMAEMA copolymer hydrogel had the phase transitinnin near 43 degrees Celsius; The surface of the hydrogel showed uneven corrugated and through a clear gully, these structures could greatly enhance the hydrogel of specific surface area and the drag loading capacity, while research had shown that the swelling properties of the hydrogel was the main factors affecting the drug release rate, release rate was the best to 5-FU when NIPAAm and DMAEMA mass ratio was 7 : 1.
