摘 要:采用湿法消解处理样品,建立ICP—MS法测定南非叶中14种微量元素的方法。结果表明各种元素在其线性范围内线性关系良好,相关系数在0.9993~1.0000之间,分析结果的相对标准偏差为0.30%~3.50%,平均回收率在88.1%-98.7%,符合微量分析要求。本法简便,结果准确,重现性好,ICP—MS可同时测定多种元素,方便快捷。Objective To determine the contents of 14 trace elements in mulberry leaves by heat digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Experimental results showed that linear relationship was good, the correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was between 0.9993 and 1.000, and its RSD was between 0.30 % and 3.50 %, the recovery ratio by standard addition was 88.1%-98.7 %, the results met the requirement of microanalysis. The method proved to be simple, convenient and precise, and can be used to determine various trace elements.
