摘  要:目的建立优化工作场所空气中环己酮和异佛尔酮同时测定的气相色谱法。方法采用活性炭管采集,二硫化碳解吸后,使用CNW-WAX毛细管柱(30m×0.25min×0.25μm)分离,氢火焰离子化检测器,气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中环己酮和异佛尔酮。结果环己酮的检出限为0.04μg/mL,相关系数为0.9998,相对标准偏差(RSD)2.3%-4.7%,回收率95.5%-99.0%;异佛尔酮的检出限为0.03μg/mL,相关系数为0.9999,回收率95.7%~97.9%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~3.9%。结论该方法灵敏、准确、操作性强,可提高工作效率,适用于工作场所空气中环己酮和异佛尔酮的同时监测。Objective To establish a method for Simutaneous determination of Cyclohexanone and Isophorone in the air of workplace. Methods Organic compounds were collected with charcoal tubes, by using of CNW-WAX (30 m×0.25 min×0.25 μm)capillary column and by drogen flame ionization detector, then detected by gas chromatography after being desorbed with carbon disulfide. Results The method of the limits of detection Cyclohexanone was 0.04 μg/mL, Isophoron was 0.03 μg/mL, the correlation coefficients were 0.9998-0.9999, the average recoveries were 1.4 %-4.7 %, and the recovery rates were 95.5 %-99.0 %. Conclusioa The method is sensitive, accurate, operational, and has improved efficiency, so it is suitable for routine daily monitoring.
