摘  要:目的采用荧光分光光度法为中药中铝含量的测定提供一种简单、快捷、可靠的新方法。方法以萘甲醛席夫碱为络合剂,在醋酸钠-醋酸(pH=6)的缓冲溶液中测定中药黄芪、白术、防风、连翘中铝的含量。结果在激发波长为440nm,发射波长为524nm处,用荧光分光光度法对浓度0-2.4μmol/L的范围内铝离子标准溶液进行荧光强度的测定,结果表明荧光强度和浓度具有较好的线性关系,加样回收率为98.34%,准确度较好。结论该方法灵敏度高、选择性好、响应时间短、操作简便,适合于中药中铝含量的测定。Objective To provide a simple, rapid and reliable method for the determination of aluminum in traditional Chinese medicine by fluorescence spectrophotometry. Method The content of aluminum in traditional Chinese medicine (Astragalus, Atractylodes, Saposhnikovia and Forsythia) was determined in ethanoic acid-sodium acetate cushion fluid (pH=6) with naphthalene formaldehyde Schiff base as complexing agent. Result The calibration curve of aluminum ion with good linearity was obtained over the range of 0-2.4μmol/L at the excitation wavelength of 440 nm and the emission wavelength of 524 nm. The recovery rate was 98.34% with good accuracy. Conclusion The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, selectivity, short response time and simple operation. The method was suitable for determining the aluminum content in traditional Chinese medicine.
