摘  要:在阳极氧化铝模板中电沉积金纳米线,制得金纳米线修饰玻碳电极。考察所得修饰电极对过氧化氢的电矬化性能,藉此构建了过氧化氢无酶传感器。实验结果表明,所得修饰电极对过氧化氢的电催化活性高,可快速灵敏的检测过氧化氧,线性范围为0.25~2.5mmol/L(R=0.998),检测限为57μmol/L(S/N=3)。该修饰电极制备方便,有良好的重复性和稳定性。Gold nanowires modified glassy carbon electrode was fabricated by electrodepositing gold nanowires in anodized aluminum oxide template. The electrocatalytic performance of the obtained modified electrode toward hydrogen peroxide was investigated, and a hydrogen peroxide non-enzymatic sensor was constructed. Experimental results demonstrated that the modified electrode can detect hydrogen peroxide with high rapidity and sensitivity, owing to its enhanced electrocatalytic activity toward hydrogen peroxide. The hydrogen peroxide sensor has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.25-2.5 mmol/L (R=0.998), with a detecting limitation of 57μmol/L (S/N=3). This modified electrode is convenient for preparation, showing good repeatability and stability.
