摘 要:采用两步法工艺研究了聚合温度和料浆pH对电镀级焦磷酸钾品质的影响。研究表明:电镀级焦磷酸钾的聚合温度需控制在530℃以上;随着聚合温度的升高,产品络合指数逐步增大,在550-560℃范围,产品的络合指数达到最大值,之后随着温度的升高,产品的络合指数开始下降;聚合温度在550-560℃范围,产品的赫尔槽试验效果最佳;料浆pH为9.2时,所得焦磷酸钾含量最高;生产高含量(大于99%)焦磷酸钾需控制料浆pH在8.9-9.4。The effects of polymerization temperature and pH value of neutralizing slurry on the quality of Electroplating grade potassium pyrophosphate by two-step process. Researches showed that: polymerization temperature of Electroplating grade potassium pyrophosphate should be controlled at 530℃ or more; With the increase of polymerization temperature, complexing capability index of product gradually increased, it reached the maximum value in the range of 550-560℃, after that, it fell with the increase of temperature; When polymerization temperature was in the range of 550-560℃, the test result of the Hull Cell Test was best; When the pH value of neutralizing slurry was 9.2, the content of potassium pyrophosphate reached the maximum value; If the content of potassium pyrophosphate was more than 99 %, pH value of neutralizing slurry should be controlled in 8.9-9.4.
