医药项目设计阶段环境监理要点分析

摘　　要：文章梳理了建设项目环境监理的发展历程。结合医药项目行业特点,指出其设计阶段环境监理的必要性,进一步分析了其设计阶段环境监理要点。重点包括主体工程设计文件审查、环保设施和措施设计文件审查、施工单位相关文件审查三方面。The paper organized the developing process of environmental supervision. According to the characteristics of the medicine project, it presented the necessity of environmental supervision in design stage, and analyzes the key points. It involved three aspects, the design files of principal part of the project, environmental protection facilities and measures, and the contractor related files.
