摘 要:目的:考察当归蒺藜不同配比对实验性白癜风豚鼠的治疗作用。方法:采用过氧化氢脱色法制备白癜风豚鼠模型,当归蒺藜液治疗50 d后,对受试区皮肤的恢复情况进行疗效评估,应用ELISA法检测血清中MAO、Ch E和TYR活性,L-DOPA氧化法测定皮肤TYR活性,免疫组化法观察皮肤黑色素的分布情况。结果:应用当归蒺藜液处理后,受试区皮肤逐渐开始着色,血清MAO活性下降,Ch E和TYR活性均有所提高,皮肤TYR活性增加,黑色素的分布明显增多,均有统计学意义,以当归蒺藜(2:1)组最佳(P<0.01)。结论:当归蒺藜不同配比对实验性白癜风豚鼠具有一定的治疗作用,其作用机制可能通过调节MAO、Ch E和TYR活性,增加皮肤黑色素的分布,从而促进皮肤着色实现的。Objective:Investigate the effect of different ratio of Angelica and Tribulus on experimental vitiligo guinea pig model. Methods:Vitiligo guinea-pig model was prepared by hydrogen peroxide bleaching,after treatment of different ratio of Angelica and Tribulus Liquid for 50 days,test region skin recovery and evaluate therapeutic effects,detect plasma Ch E and tyrosinase by ELISA method,detect tyrosinase of skin by L-DOPA oxidation,observe the distribution of melanin in the skin of each layer by immunohistochemical method. Results:After the treatment of Angelica and Tribulus Liquid,the experimental area skin gradually began to coloring,the plasma MAO activity was decreased,Ch E and tyrosinase activity were increased,tyrosinase of skin were increased,significantly increased the distribution of melanin in the skin,were statistically significant,with Angelica Tribulus terrestris(2:1)group(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Different compatibility proportion of Angelica and Tribulus have a certain therapeutic effect on experimental vitiligo guinea pig model,which may be through the regulation the plasma MAO、Ch E and tyrosinase activity,increased melanin in the skin of the distribution,promotion of skin color.
