摘　　要：目的:考察胃舒汤对大鼠及小鼠胃肠运动的影响。方法:以小鼠胃排空、肠推进及大鼠离体小肠收缩性为指标,观察胃舒汤对正常小鼠及新斯的明致亢进小鼠胃排空及肠推进运动的影响,并测定胃舒汤对大鼠离体小肠收缩性的影响。结果:胃舒汤能明显降低亢进小鼠胃排空及肠推进,对大鼠离体小肠收缩性也具有明显抑制作用。结论:胃舒汤对大鼠及小鼠胃肠运动具有明显抑制作用。Objective：To observe the effects of Weishu Decotion on gastrointestinal motility in rats and mice. Methods：The gastric emptying and intestine propulsion in mice and isolated intestinal smooth muscle contractility in rats were investigated to evaluate the effects of Weishu Decotion. Results：Weishu Decotion could inhibit the gastric emptying and intestine propulsion in mice and isolated intestinal smooth muscle contractility in rats. Conclusion：Weishu Decotion depressed gastrointestinal motility significantly in rats and mice.
