眼针疗法治疗痿证与辨证施护

摘　　要：目的:探讨眼针疗法结合中医辨证施护对痿证患者的疗效。方法:将140例痿证患者随机分为眼针疗法结合中医辨证施护观察组和中西医常规治疗护理对照组,对照组给予中西医常规治疗和护理,观察组根据中医辨证的结果给予眼针疗法和中医辨证施护。结果:眼针疗法和中医辨证施护组有效率96%;常规中西医结合治疗护理组有效率73.5%,两组护理结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眼针疗法结合中医辨证施护对痿证患者有较好的疗效。Objective：To discuss the efficacy of eye acupuncture combined with Chinese dialectic nursing in patients with flaccidity syndrome. Methods：The 140 cases were randomly divided into the observation group of eye acupuncture combined with Chinese dialectic of nursing and the control group of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of nursing. The control group received conventional treatment and care of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,while the observation group received eye acupuncture and Chinese dialectic nursing according to the result of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. Results：The effective rate of observation group was 96%,while the control groups＇ was 73.5%. The results between the two groups has statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：It has a good effect on patients with flaccidity syndrome that combined eye acupuncture with Chinese dialectic nursing.
