2型糖尿病病证结合动物模型研究进展

摘　　要：目的:综述近年来2型糖尿病病证结合动物模型的几种建立方法。方法:主要对2型糖尿病病证结合动物模型的方法进行综述和评价。结果:2型糖尿病病证结合动物模型主要可分为肾阴虚证2型糖尿病动物模型、脾阴虚证2型糖尿病动物模型、肾阳虚证2型糖尿病动物模型、脾气虚证2型糖尿病动物模型、血瘀证2型糖尿病动物模型、气阴两虚证2型糖尿病动物模型、阴阳两虚证2型糖尿病动物模型7种。结论:上述7种动物模型先使用高脂饲养联合STZ的方法来建立2型糖尿病动物模型,在此基础上使用化学药物、中药制剂和物理刺激等方法建造病证结合动物模型,并从临床表现、特异性指标和方剂反证三个方面进行综合评价,判断建造病症结合动物模型具有可行性。Objective：To introduce some establishing methods of the＂combination of disease and syndrome＂animal models of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods：The established methods for the＂combination of disease and syndrome＂animal models of type 2 diabetes mellitus are summarized. Results：The methods for the＂combination of disease and syndrome＂animal models of type 2 diabetes mellitus can meanly be divided into seven aspects：the animal model of type 2 diabetic kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,the animal model of type 2 diabetic spleen Yin deficiency syndrome,the animal model of type 2 diabetic kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,the animal model of type 2 diabetic spleen Qi deficiency syndrome,the animal model of type 2 diabetic blood stasis syndrome,the animal model of type 2 diabetic Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,the animal model of type 2 diabetic Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome. Conclusion：The above seven kinds of animal models that are duplicated with high-fat diet and injection of streptozotocin to set up type 2 diabetic model,then we adopt the chemical medicine,traditional Chinese medicine preparation and physical stimulation to the＂combination of disease and syndrome＂animal models of type 2 diabetes mellitus. The clinical manife stations,specificity index and prescription verification can be used to evaluate and judgment that is feasible to found combination of syndrome and disease animal models.
