HPV亚临床感染与细胞免疫功能相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:研究HPV亚临床感染患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的表达情况。方法:检测41例HPV亚临床感染患者及40例正常对照组的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+及CD8+),进行比较。结果:(1)病例组与对照组的外周血CD3+水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)病例组与对照组的外周血CD4+水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)病例组与对照组的外周血CD8+水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)病例组与对照组的CD4+/CD8+比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:该研究提示,与正常对照组比较,HPV亚临床感染患者存在细胞免疫功能降低。Objective：To investigate the expression of T cell subpopulation in peripheral blood samples of patients with SPI. Methods：41 patients with SPI and 40 normal volunteers were selected. Peripheral blood samples in both groups were tested to assay the expression of CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋ T cell. Results：There was no statistic difference of CD3＋ level between the patients and healthy volunteers（P〈0.05）. There was statistic difference of CD4＋ level between the two groups（P〈0.05）. There was no statistic difference of CD8＋ level between the two groups（P〈0.05）. There was no statistic difference of CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Cell-mediated immunodeficiency occurred in patients with SPI. There was significant difference in cell-mediated immunity between the patients group and control group.
