补肾健脾益气法在妊娠中期胎盘低置状态患者中应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾健脾益气法在妊娠中期胎盘低置状态患者中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2012年12月—2014年12月妇科就诊的134例胎盘低置状态的孕妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者予止血芳酸联合硫酸镁;观察组患者予补中益气汤合寿胎丸加减,比较两组患者症状综合疗效、胎盘位置变化疗效及不良反应。结果:综合疗效方面,观察组总有效率为52.24%,对照组总有效率为40.30%;胎盘位置变化疗效方面,观察组67例患者中痊愈27例,有效34例,无效6例,总有效率为91.04%;对照组67例患者中痊愈18例,有效31例,无效18例,总有效率为73.13%;对照组患者中11例发生胸闷、心悸,但无呼吸次数减少、尿量减少及膝反射减弱等情况发生,观察组患者未发生药物不良反应。结论:补肾健脾益气法可以明显改善妊娠中期胎盘低置状态患者的胎盘位置,改善阴道出血、腹痛等临床症状,并无用药不良反应,值得临床应用。Objective：To investigate the effects of tonifying kidney,strengthening spleen and supporting Qi on the treatment of patients with the second timester placenta lower status. Methods：134 cases of placenta low set state of pregnant women were selected in our hospital in December 2012 to December 2014 as the research object,using random number table method,divided into control group and observe group,control group were treated with tranexamic acid combined with magnesium sulfate;The patients in the observe group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Shoutai Pill,the curative effect of comprehensive symptoms,placental location changes in efficacy and adverse reactions of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results：In the observe group,the total efficiency was 52.24%,the total effective rate of control group was 40.30%;placenta position change effect of observed group,27 cases were cured,effective in 34 cases,invalid in 6 cases. The total effective rate was 91.04%;control group of 67 patients in 18 cases were cured,31 cases were effective,18 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency of 73.13%;control group patients in 11 cases of tightness in the chest,palpitation,but no respiratory frequency reduction,decreased urine volume and knee reflex,etc. Observed group of patients without the occurrence of adverse drug reactions. Conclusion：Tonifying kidney,strengthening spleen and supporting Qi method could improve clinical symptoms of placenta lower status,colporrhagla and abdominal pain,with no adverse drug reaction,which is worth clinical apply.
