中药外敷配合TDP烤灯治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药外敷配合TDP烤灯治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效,并对其治疗效果进行讨论和研究。方法:选择我院2014年3月—2015年4月就诊的110例类风湿关节炎的患者作为研究对象,将其按照随机分类的方法分为两组,两组分别为对照组与干预组。其中55例患者为对照组,经由甲氨喋呤片、正清风痛宁缓释片联合双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗;另55例患者为干预组,经由甲氨喋呤片、正清风痛宁缓释片联合中药外敷配合TDP烤灯治疗。同时,对比对照组与干预组患者治疗前后的各项实验室指标和临床治疗效果。结果:通过对上述实验研究结果的对比分析后发现,经过治疗后干预组患者的实验指标情况要明显好于对照组患者,两组患者的数据对比具有差异性(P<0.05),数据具有统计学意义。同时,干预组患者治疗的有效人数也明显高于对照组患者,且干预组患者治疗的总有效率也高于对照组患者,两组患者的数据对比具有差异性(P<0.05),数据具有统计学意义。结论:通过上述实验验结果表明,对于类风湿关节炎的患者通过中药外敷配合TDP烤灯的治疗方式能够有效的改善患者的体征、减少患者的疼痛,且还能够提高患者治疗的总有效率。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of external application of Chinese medicine with on TDP lamp on treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,and to discuss and research the treatment effect. Methods：110 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2015 as research object, they were divided into two groups according to classification,two groups were the control group and intervention group. 55 patients in intervention group used methotrexate tablets combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Sustained Release Tablets and diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets treatment; 55 patients in control group used methotrexate tablets combined with Zhengqing FengtongningSustained Release Tablets and external application of Chinese medicine combined with TDP roast lamp treatment method. At the same time,compared two groups＇ laboratory indicators and clinical therapeutic effect before and after treatment. Results：Through comparatively analyzing the experimental results found that intervention group＇s indexes was significantly better than control group,the data of the two groups had different difference（P〈0.05）,and the data was statistically significant. At the same time,the total effective rate of intervention group was significantly higher than control group,the data of the two groups were significantly different（P〈0.05）,the data was statistically significant. Conclusion：Through the comparison of the results of the experimental study,after treatment,the experimental index of patients in the intervention group was significantly better than the control group,the data of the two groups were significantly different（P〈0.05）,the data was statistically significant.
